Mike Clark founded BTR Capital Group in 2004 because he discovered an odd sort of joy. 

It was the joy found in making good investment... investment that’s good for people. Good for business. Good for customers. Good for partners.

But that joy wasn’t expressing itself when he worked with the major players in the major cities.

That’s when 2004 happened and BTR was born.

And then properties were re-born. The old was respected. The new was invited. Jobs opened up. The joy returned.

BTR has been thriving even since.
